Restoring a purchase
If you bought Paycheq Pro before, on this phone or another one, you can get it back for free.
Restoring Pro
- Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought Pro with.
- Open the Settings tab and tap Get Paycheq Pro. You can also tap any Pro feature.
- Tap Restore purchases.
When it works, you’ll see You have Pro. Thank you!
If it doesn’t work
- Check you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. On iPhone, open the Settings app and tap your name, then Media & Purchases.
- Check your internet connection. If you see “The App Store couldn’t be reached,” try again in a moment.
- If a subscription ended or was cancelled, there’s nothing to restore. You can buy Pro again on the same screen.
Good to know
- Pro isn’t stored in your backups. Restoring a backup brings back your data, and Restore purchases brings back Pro.
- The free trial is once per Apple Account, so it can’t be restored or started again.
