If your Pro subscription ends

If your Pro subscription or trial ends, Paycheq goes back to the free version. Nothing is deleted: your shifts, jobs, contract rules and stubs stay saved for when you get Pro again.

What changes

  • Contract rules Pay periods that ended while you had Pro keep their contract figures. Later periods follow your province’s labour rules. Your contract stays saved.
  • More than one job The job at the top of your Jobs list keeps working. Your other jobs stay with all their history, marked with a lock. To clock in, add shifts or make changes to them, get Pro again.
  • Export You can export the current pay period.
  • Widget Shows “Part of Paycheq Pro” in place of your figures. The Live Activity no longer appears.
  • Cheque comparison Your stubs are kept, but the comparison is hidden.

What stays the same

Clocking in and out, Week and Pay, net pay estimates, your full history, holiday pay, backups and reminders.

Choosing which job stays open

Before Pro ends, go to Jobs, tap Edit and drag the job you want to keep using to the top.

Getting Pro back

Open Settings and tap Get Paycheq Pro, then choose a plan. Everything comes back as it was.

Good to know

  • When a trial is about to end, Paycheq lets you know the day before.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage them in your Apple Account settings.

Still stuck?

Paycheq keeps everything on your phone, and its pay figures are estimates, not legal or tax advice.
